Pregnancy & Perinatal Mental Health Counselling

Compassionate psychological counselling for anxiety, mood changes and emotional wellbeing during pregnancy and after childbirth in Noida and Delhi NCR.

Pregnancy and the first year after birth can bring major emotional, physical and family changes. Feeling worried, low, overwhelmed or unable to rest is a reason to seek support — not something you have to manage alone.

Our perinatal mental health counselling supports expecting and new mothers with pregnancy anxiety, birth-related fears, adjustment difficulties, relationship changes, grief and postpartum emotional wellbeing. Sessions can include a partner or support person when clinically appropriate and with your consent.

This service complements obstetric care; it does not replace emergency medical care. If there is an immediate risk of self-harm or harm to someone else, contact emergency services or a crisis helpline now.
